How to Create a Photo & Signature? (User Guide)
Select a Photo: First, upload your photo or signature by clicking the Select Photo button.

Crop: Adjust the size of the photo displayed on the screen using your mouse or finger. Place the desired area within the box and click “Apply Crop.”

Select a Size: * If it’s a photo, click the “Standard Photo” button.

If it’s a signature, click the “Signature” button.

Check the KB: Click “PROCESS IMAGE.” The image below will show you how many KB the file is.

Reduce Size: If the file size (KB) exceeds the form limit, move the “Compression Quality” slider slightly to the left and then click “Process” again.

Download: When the correct size is found, click “DOWNLOAD NOW” to save the file.
